FAQ

Can I edit a password-protected PDF?

You can enter a password to open a protected PDF. Some protection methods allow previews but prevent saving an edited copy. In that case, choose a PDF without editing restrictions.

Can I save only the pages I need?

Yes. Select the pages, then choose Selected pages only to save one PDF with the current order and rotation.

How can I split a PDF?

You can split by page range, pages per file, or one page per file. Other options let you split after specified pages, into a set number of files, or into odd and even pages.

Can I review the split file structure before saving?

Yes. Before saving, you can review the number of files, the pages in each file, and the output file names.

Can I undo an edit?

Yes. Use Undo to reverse page deletion, rotation, or reordering. Use Redo to apply an undone edit again.

Are forms and bookmarks preserved?

PDFs containing forms or bookmarks cannot be saved because those features cannot be preserved safely. Choose a PDF with the features removed or flattened. Other information outside the page contents, such as document links, may also be omitted.

Is there a PDF size limit?

Each file can be up to 100 MB. If a PDF exceeds the limit, split it into smaller files first.
