Can I convert images to HEIC?

No. Exporting to HEIC is not supported. HEIC/HEIF is handled as an input format and can be converted to JPEG, PNG, BMP, or WebP.

Will JPEG or WebP reduce image quality?

JPEG and WebP are recompressed according to the quality setting. Around 90 is a practical starting point for photo sharing and web publishing.

What happens to transparent PNG or WebP images?

Transparency is preserved when converting to PNG or WebP. JPEG and BMP do not support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.

Are images saved on the server?

Converted images are not stored and no share URLs are created. After download, the files remain only in your browser.
